With the recent news coming from our Governor to reopen the Texas economy, we will follow the implementation phases set forth and work in parallel to support your event needs no matter the capacity.
While there is a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel, we will continue to closely monitor the information being shared by public health officials regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will continue to maintain all precautionary measures.
We previously incorporated adjustments to our daily practices to reduce any possible risks to our friends, our family, and our community as a whole and will carry on these steps.
These steps include:
Cleaning equipment with disinfectant and solvent sterilization
Wearing protective gear during delivery and setup to reduce possible risks. When setup is complete, clean the equipment again with disinfectant
Continuing remote training and support for all equipment in lieu of onsite staff
Continuing employee best practice training on how to protect themselves from the illness and to prevent spread of the illness.
Not touching our clients to help with hair or make-up runs and asking relatives or trusted person to do so.
With the many changes that will follow in the coming weeks, we will adapt to these changes while continuing to provide our highest level of support to each of our clients in any capacity necessary. Our customers and their safety will always be our number one concern.
